Central Oregon Coalition for Access
In partnership with Deschutes County, The City of Bend and Bend Parks and Recreation, ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) advocates have formed COCA (Central Oregon Coalition for Access), to provide assistance to public and private sectors in their pursuit to achieve full participation in Central Oregon life activities for citizens of all abilities. The group meets at the Deschutes County Administration Building located at 1300 NW Wall St., Bend, OR. Bylaws and minutes can be found through the Deschutes County website.
